Who we are

Vettly is operated by Twistor Labs Private Limited, a company based in India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Twistor Labs Private Limited. We run a platform that helps hiring teams create take-home assignments and evaluate candidate submissions.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and organization details.
• Hiring data your organization provides: job descriptions, assignments, rubrics, and candidate email addresses.
• Candidate data: resumes uploaded by candidates, the GitHub repository URLs they submit, and optional deployed-application links.
• Evaluation data: build logs, scores, and reports we generate from submissions.

Resumes and candidate data

Resumes contain personal information, and we treat them that way. A resume is stored securely and used for exactly one purpose: evaluating that candidate's submission for the organization that invited them, including a comparison between the resume's claims and the submitted code.

Resumes and candidate personal data are deleted on request. An organization admin can delete a candidate at any time, which removes the stored resume file, the extracted profile, and the candidate's personal details from our systems. Candidates can ask the organization that invited them, or contact us directly, to have their data removed. We also apply a retention policy, so candidate data does not live on our systems indefinitely after a hiring process ends.

How we use data

We use the data above to run the service: generating and refining assignments, evaluating submissions, producing reports, and billing organizations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use candidate resumes or submissions to train AI models.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. We keep a record of completed purchases, the payment reference, and the bill we issue for each one.

Cookies and sessions

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to protect public pages from automated abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who can see what

Your organization's data is visible only to members of your organization. Candidate submissions and reports are visible only to the organization that created the assignment. Candidates see their own assignment page and nothing else.

Contact and requests

To exercise a deletion request or ask anything about this policy, contact Twistor Labs Private Limited through your organization's dashboard, or reply to any message you have received from the Vettly team. We respond to deletion requests promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note the new date at the top of this page and inform signed-in organizations.
