Terms of Service

The service

Vettly is a platform operated by Twistor Labs Private Limited, India. It helps organizations create take-home assignments, invite candidates, and receive AI-assisted evaluations of candidate submissions. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Credits and payment

• Vettly is a paid service with no free tier.
• You buy credits in packs. One credit is consumed each time a candidate submission enters evaluation.
• If an evaluation fails because of a problem on our side, the credit is refunded to your balance automatically. A submission that fails to build is a delivered result and consumes its credit.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change; changes never affect credits you already hold.
• Every successful purchase comes with a numbered bill you can download.

Evaluations are decision support

Reports, scores, and integrity signals are generated to support your hiring decisions, not to make them. Integrity findings are expressed as confidence levels with cited evidence, never as verdicts. You are responsible for how you use reports in your hiring process, and we recommend treating every signal as a prompt for a conversation with the candidate.

Your responsibilities

• Only invite candidates who are genuinely part of your hiring process.
• Handle candidate data lawfully, and delete candidates when their data is no longer needed or when they ask.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Do not use the service to evaluate code you have no right to access, probe or disrupt the platform, or resell access without our agreement.

Candidate submissions

Candidates keep ownership of the code they submit. Organizations and Vettly use submissions only to run the evaluation and produce the report. We execute candidate code in isolated environments and take reasonable measures to keep the platform and other customers safe from malicious submissions.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount your organization paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the platform or candidates at risk. On closure, we delete your organization's data per our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page and notified to signed-in organizations before they take effect.
